Lots of good things have been happening around these parts lately. Our Sadie girl is now a second grader! We’ve been spending time outside, I’ve done a bit of organizing, we started a new school year, and I’ve been baking away.

This lemon blueberry granola is bright, crunchy, and has the best fresh lemon flavor paired with chewy dried blueberries. I love adding this to a bowl with milk and snacking on it!
It’s also delicious over yogurt, on top of ice cream, or honestly just by the handful straight from the container. Plus, it comes together with simple ingredients and makes the kitchen smell amazing while it bakes! 🍋🫐
