1 large potato, peeled
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Chop the potato into small cubes or chunks. Fill a small saucepan with water and place the potato inside.
2. Bring to a boil. Boil until fork-tender. Drain the water and mash the potato in a small bowl with a fork or potato masher.
3. Add the butter, milk, salt and pepper. Mash until desired consistency and enjoy.
