1 5-ounce can of tuna, drained
3 tablespoons guacamole
2 slices pumpernickel bread
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped tomato
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 piece of lettuce
2 slices tomato
1. Combine the guacamole, onion, celery, chopped tomato, and pepper in a small bowl. Add the tuna and stir until well mixed. Toast bread to your liking.
2. Layer one slice of bread with lettuce. Add the tuna mixture on top of the lettuce and place the sliced tomato on top of the tuna.
3. Layer other slice of bread on top of tuna mixture. Slice and enjoy.
