Ingredients
4 large bell peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 cups white rice, cooked
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and boil them in a large pan until slightly soft. Drain and set them aside. Cook the beef in a skillet with all of the spices until browned. Drain and set aside.
2. Saute the vegetables until soft and add them into a large bowl with the beef, cooked rice, and tomato sauce. Place the bell peppers in a large (greased) pan to cook and fill them with the mixture.
3. Top with the cheese and bake for 45 minutes.
