Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers

Stuffed bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers

Six fresh jalapeño peppers
1/2 cup cream cheese
Three slices bacon, cut in half
2 tablespoons brown sugar

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
3. Stuff each jalapeño half with cream cheese.
4. Wrap each jalapeño half in bacon.
5. Sprinkle wrapped jalapeños with brown sugar.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bacon is fully cooked. Enjoy!
