Lists, Hard Days, and Matching

I have a thing for lists. Each year since 2011, I have made a list of the books I read that year. Over the years, themes in my reading have emerged. I realized I like nonfiction and I really enjoy reading about:

The above links are lists of books that I’ve read and enjoyed over the years. I thought I’d share in case anyone else out there is interested in the same topics as me 😉

Man, Sadie has been giving me a run for my money this week. I don’t know if she has just been off schedule with sleeping, which makes her cranky, but we have had some epic meltdowns.

I wouldn’t let her take the tetherball home with us, and it was definitely the end. of. the. world.

I came across this image on Pinterest and it was just what I needed.

I think I may need to print it out and frame it so I can look at it on the tough days.

We went to our church’s Youth Summer Days group at a local park today and had a blast. Niva enjoyed time with Indy, my sister’s golden retriever. The moms got to talk and the kids got some energy out. Win-win!

Sadie and I went to Walmart in matching outfits yesterday. I still love matching with her and I’m going to keep doing it until she’s too embarrassed to go out in public with me!
