If you have a Dash Mini Waffle Maker sitting in your cabinet, this recipe is for you! Dakota loves those little frozen Eggo Mini Cinnamon Waffles, so I started making a homemade version using our Dash waffle maker and pancake mix.

Better Than Expected and The Missing Remote

Taking three kids and a hyper husky to the vet went better than I expected!

Niva got her vaccines and the kids were angels. Don’t be fooled, though. I took them to the grocery store a couple of days later and one of them (accidentally?) hit their mini shopping cart into the back of my heel 😂 Ya win some and ya lose some! (more…)
