Whoa did November sneak up on me this year! I can’t believe we’re nearing the end of 2026. November is such a cozy month, and I love that it marks the beginning of the holiday season.

Current books I’m finding it hard to put down this memoir, Sadie (age 8) started a new graphic novel series, Dakota (age 1.5) wants to read this felt flap book multiple times a day, and Mordecai (almost 4) is all about fire trucks lately.
Current excitement Mordecai turns four this month! We’re having his birthday party at a local gymnastics gym and we’re all looking forward to celebrating our little guy.
Current cuteness Niva snuggled up on the couch!
Current joy Hearing Dakota begin to talk more lately!
Currently looking forward to Thanksgiving! We’re heading to my mom and dad’s house to celebrate with my siblings and their kids. All ten grandkids (+ one in utero!) under one roof. It’s going to be such happy chaos!
Current kid product Our kids love “cooking” pancakes with this wooden set of play food. 🥞
Current fun Thrifting clothes for the upcoming season for the kids. There’s nothing like finding an adorable, cozy outfit for a great price!
Current food Always munchin’ on cereal! My current favorites are cinnamon Chex, peanut butter Puffins, and Leapin’ Lemurs.
Current drink We ran out of my favorite coffee beans, so I had to make a quick Starbucks run for a new bag of beans. They didn’t have our usual, so I brought home Green Apron Blend beans! Also sipping on this hydration drink throughout the day.
Current craving Food-wise: Mom’s chili. Life-wise: a week with no appointments! A gal can dream, right?!
Current baked good Mordecai and I made copycat Dunkin Munchkins together! I love baking with him because he’s so into every step of the process!
Current goal Getting my Etsy shop ready for the holiday season! I’m going to be listing my Christmas chocolate covered Oreos soon. I just need to make, photograph, and list them!
Current prayer For Dakota’s skin! She’s been having a weird rash that we aren’t sure is eczema or hives. It’s so confusing because her skin has been doing really well lately (she had a major eczema flare last spring that almost landed her in the hospital). Her previous allergy testing was negative, so we’re not sure what’s causing these new skin issues. I’m praying it settles!
Current obsession Making clothes for the kids. And by making, I mean using iron on patches. 😂
Current scripture Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21
Current win We survived the time change (so far!). We’ll see what time the kids wake up this morning. 😂
Current beauty product This lightweight oil is keeping my hair moisturized lately.
Current home product I just put our warm bed blanket on top of our comforter. Cozy season has begun. 🤗
