Lots of baking happened this week and I loved it. I feel like my Etsy shop goes through phases. I have weeks where all I sell are brownies. Then suddenly, I’m in a granola phase where order after order is granola. It’s nice when things get switched up!
I had an order for pumpkin spice granola and had to smile at the fact that customers are into pumpkin spice in the middle of the summer. I love it, too! I’m not ready for fall, but I’ll take anything pumpkin-flavored all year! (more…)
