November is here! There’s so much I’m looking forward to this month—celebrating Mordecai’s third birthday and Thanksgiving definitely top the list.

Current books I just started Holy Disruptor by Amy Duggar King. Sadie, Mordecai, and I read a chapter of this every day and Mordecai requests this garbage truck book at every nap and bedtime.
Current mood Excited for this season 🦃 🎄
Current food Peppermint Cocoa Goldfish featuring Snoopy! Our Sadie girl is a huge Peanuts fan, so I knew I had to grab these when I saw them. They’re like a mug of peppermint hot cocoa in every bite.
Current drink Coffee, coffee, coffee! I’m still hooked on Sunsera coffee beans.
Current fun Planning a family fun night! I want to have a pre-Thanksgiving dinner and maybe build a gingerbread house or do something festive.
Current baked good Banana peanut butter granola and peanut butter cup cupcakes!
Current craving I’d love to do something relaxing—like get a pedicure with Sadie, schedule a massage, or try out a sauna studio!
Current joy Evenings spent in the hot tub with Jimmy, Sadie, and Mordecai.
Current indulgence I took Niva on a walk by myself. It felt downright luxurious!
Current need I need to restock two things: our favorite stain remover spray (the Great Value brand I’ve been using just isn’t cutting it!) and the best thermal protection spray for when I curl or straighten my hair.
Current baby product I bought Dakota this bodysuit, and it’s so soft—I find myself putting it on her as much as possible!
Current laugh Sadie is always finding ways to give gifts. Just the other day, she sent Jimmy to work with a handmade present: veggie straws wrapped in an Andes Candy wrapper.
Current excitement I’ve been working on a project behind the scenes and I can’t wait to share it within the next couple of months 🤭
Currently looking forward to Mordecai’s birthday party! It’ll be his first one with friends, and I can’t wait to see his joy as he spends time with all his favorite people.
Current cuteness Dakota and Niva hanging out on the couch together 🫶

Current beauty product Philosophy Pink Frosted Animal Cracker shower gel. It smells exactly like an animal cracker. I got it for myself but the kids also love using it—I don’t blame ’em one bit!
Current confession I’m feeling so sentimental over Mordecai turning three-years-old this month. It feels like just yesterday we welcomed our sweet baby boy. He’s truly a kind, loving soul and I love him so much! Another confession: I’ve never been so thankful for having a dog as when each of our babies started eating solids. Niva cleaning up scraps off the floor makes mealtime 100x easier!

Sadie is always giving little gifts to everyone – it’s the absolute sweetest – she truly cares about EVERYONE!
November is definitely a busy month, with Thanksgiving (so much to look forward to with family time), and the Christmas holiday fast approaching.

I keep thinking “Three years ago today, we were doing XYZ and had no idea the joy that was waiting for us!” and just thinking about how darn cute he was as a newborn! Our baby boy!! Ugh. I love him to pieces!
