Who’s ready for a coffee date? I know I am! I love writing these posts and reading the comments. I can just imagine hanging out at my kitchen table with all my blog friends while we sip coffee 😊

If we were having coffee right now… I would be drinking a coffee from our Nespresso machine. It has taken some time, but I figured out my favorite pods and roasts and each cup of coffee makes me so happy!
If we were having coffee right now… I’d mention that I’m gearing up for potty training Sadie soon. Fellow parents, do you have any tips?
If we were having coffee right now… I would tell you that Sadie learned how to draw a sun during one of our homeschool lessons this week and it was adorable to see her focused on drawing, and then how excited she was when she “got it.”
If we were having coffee right now… I’d ask if you decorate for fall. I’ve been in the ~zone~ with fall decorating this week and loving every second of it. I pulled out my wax warmer and popped in a wax melt called “pumpkin s’mores latte” and our house smelled like a fall coffee shop.
If we were having coffee right now… I would tell you that I’ve been busier than ever lately, but it’s all with wonderful things. Baking, church activities, homeschooling, work, and more. Is this a busy season for you?
If we were having coffee right now… I’d show you the candy corn rock I painted at a ladies event at our church. We had a rock painting night and I found just the right shaped rock to use as an outdoor fall decoration! Now I want to find a few small rocks that look similar so I can have a whole candy corn collection on our front porch 😋
If we were having coffee right now… I would mention that one of my favorite aspects of having an Etsy shop is product development. Creating specific products for different seasons is something I’m really enjoying! I added a challah wreath to the shop, and next will be a bread cornucopia for Thanksgiving.
If we were having coffee right now… I’d show you a typical texting conversation Jimmy and I have. He was watching Sadie while I went to the aforementioned ladies event and she told him that Niva is my best friend and I told him I want to get a bearded dragon. Just a normal conversation for us. For real though, I would love to get a bearded dragon… or another cat 😉

I’m glad that your busy season is filled with wonderful things. It’s a busy time in my life too and the past few weeks have been tough, but I feel like it’s a good time to reset as the next season begins. I want to be more intentional about practicing self-care with yoga, exercise and taking time to focus on things mindfully rather than being distracted and using my phone too much!
A bearded dragon would be cool! I’m contemplating getting another pet (another dog!) although it’s a big decision and commitment…. haven’t decided yet.

Hmmm, I’d probably talk your ear off if we were doing coffee today! Ha, ha. I was able to make it to the ocean for a day trip last week, we bought a new vehicle, and I just ran a 5k (my first since originally being told I’d never run again). It was a great and full week last week, and my heart is just full today! 🙂
