Welcome to July! Here’s what’s current in my life this month 😊
Current books Finished reading this memoir and am still working through a Bible study on idolatry. Sadie thinks this is the funniest book ever.
Current win I vacuumed out our car and wiped all the surfaces down today and whew was that beyond overdue! Sadie decided to write on the outside of the car with chalk while I was cleaning the inside, sooo now we need to go to the car wash 🤷♀️
Current baked good The bonus of adding these to my shop means I just had to taste test some to be sure they were perfect 😉
Current drink I gave Jimmy a bag of this coffee for Father’s Day and it’s seriously so good.
Current beauty product Okay, so maybe this isn’t exactly a beauty product, but I ordered these because my ears never do well with piercings and I love ’em!
Current cuteness Sadie looking so proud to be sitting on my dad’s lap! He stopped over the other day because he was on “our side” of Pittsburgh for work. Sadie woke up from her nap and there was Pap Pap! What a nice way to wake up 🥰
Current indulgence Napping when Sadie naps. Not the most productive thing to do, but man does a nap just hit the spot sometimes.
Current obsession Styling Sadie’s hair! My mom gave me soft kid’s hair bands (Hair elastics, ponytail holders, etc… what do you call them?) for Sadie and she actually lets me use them lately.
Current laugh One of the workers at the doggy daycare we take Niva to said she loves Niva because she never has to open gates for her–she just jumps over them 😂
Current craving A sleepover at my parents’ house with Sader Tot. It has been a while since we last wreaked havoc on their house for a night 😜
Current excitement My friend is expecting and her gender reveal party is later this month!
Current food Mildly obsessed with this.
Current fun Taking Sadie to story time at the library each week. I mentioned it in this vlog, but it’s just so nice to be able to go to inside places like the library and Starbucks and not worry about wearing a mask.

That spot in the first picture is beautiful! What a gorgeous spot. Isn’t it such a good feeling when you vacuum and wipe down the interior of the car? It’s so fresh!
And weekly visits to the library! So nice! Our library isn’t doing story time again yet, but I’m hoping they will soon!
It was so beautiful and lush in that spot that I just had to stop and take a picture! And yesss, it’s *such* a good feeling to have a clean car!
