This is the weekly email from my coach of our training plan:

Like I have said before: I don’t follow this plan 100% (I ❀ rest days) and I don’t run every day.

Yesterday I ran for the first time in 6 days after hurting my heel from walking in flip flops for a full day. Here are the stats from Daily Mile.

I’m happy with that run and i’m happy God has blessed me with legs to run, air to breathe, and His love πŸ™‚
