Whew, I am coming off a busy weekend! I did a lot of baking for my nieces’ joint birthday party (cupcakes, brownies, and cookies) and also pet sat my brother-in-law’s dog and our neighbor’s dog and cat.
Peach says hi! She has been with us since Thursday and will be picked up tonight. I’ll be watching our neighbor’s cat and dog for the rest of the week. Niva is in heaven with all the playtime!
Sadie keeps calling our neighbor’s dog Charlie, but his name is actually Harley. It makes me smile every time 😂
All of the baking for the party went well. I made a whole bunch of chocolate and strawberry cupcakes and frosted them with buttercream.
My sister-in-law also asked me to make some gluten free brownies and cookies because she had a party guest that has celiac disease.
The birthday party itself was so lovely! My brother and sister-in-law know how to throw a nice party. We had a really great time celebrating their daughters Remi and Raven turning three and one!
They had live music(!), delicious Italian food, and their yard was set up with all sorts of fun things for kids–a zip line, trampoline, bounce house, and more.
Some of my family from New York came down to Pittsburgh for the party and it was awesome to catch up with them! My cousin, sister, and I all took a picture together with our bumps.
We each had a girl for our first child and now we’re all having boys within a couple of months of each other. I think this is the first picture I’ve shared of my bump here?!
It was an amazing weekend! I got to bake, pet sit, visit with family, and celebrate two of my nieces. We’re driving home from Sunday morning church as I type up this post.
I’ll be hanging out with dogs for the day and then heading back into church tonight!
Your sweet treats were al so awesome!
Love You!

So special to be pregnant at the same time again! ❤ And that sounds like such a fun party! I'm always in for live music and Italian food! 🙂
Your cupcakes look SO fantastic!! What a fun party to attend. 🙂 It sounds like it was such a fun kickoff to summer!
