Jimmy gifted Sadie and I matching dresses for Mother’s Day and had us open them early. We put them on in 2.5 seconds and I’m so happy she still likes to match me!
If we were having coffee right now… I’d tell you again how much I love my Nespresso coffee maker. I know, I’m a broken record. It’s not just me though! I had my family (mom, dad, sister, and brother-in-law) try it and they were all big fans.
If we were having coffee right now… I would tell you that Sadie had a cold this week and I felt so bad for her. She has been coughing and has a non-stop runny nose. She’s in good spirits, just a little congested!
If we were having coffee right now… I would tell you that our yard was a doggy daycare one day this week for another husky and it was so much fun. It made me miss my pet sitting and dog walking days! It also had me thinking of actually doing a doggy daycare business in our yard. It would only take me a few years to recoup the money we spent on the fence extension 😂
If we were having coffee right now… I would ask if you’re reading any good books. I’m still working through this memoir (that started kinda slow), and then I’ll be moving onto this one. Sadie has been into her sign language books lately, which makes my heart so happy!
If we were having coffee right now… I would tell you that Pittsburgh’s weather has been unimpressive so far this month. I’m pretty sure it was warmer here in March and April!

I would definitely say our weather here in the ‘birth has been very unimpressive, and dreary and wet. I guess we should be use to that by now though.

Thankfully it has finally shaped up! I love you and happy belated Mother’s Day!
I think the weather here was warmer earlier in the year, too! It’s been so varied, from a snow shower to pouring rain and thunder. I want to be able to wear summer dresses and skirts (love the matching dresses you and Sadie are wearing 🙂 ) but it’s just too cold at the moment!
A doggy daycare business sounds like it would be so much fun! It looks like you’ve got the perfect yard for it in the photo.
It’s so wild how each year brings different weather during the seasons… I can remember “warm” winters and snowy ones, cold springs, and cool summers. It’s neat to live somewhere that experiences all four seasons of weather!

I hope Sadie Mae is feeling better this week. It was better weather, in upstate NY in March and beginning of April, than it has been now too! It has to get better!!🤞🤞 Crazy weather could be messing with Sadie, and causing her to have the sniffles? Hope she’s doing better!🥰
