Life stuff

This has been my life lately:Studying for my Spanish final! I find that I focus more when I switch up where I study. One day I’ll hit up the library, another day I’ll chill in a coffee shop, and sometimes I just stay home and study. I definitely get super distracted at home though.

Since my brain is dead, here’s a small photo-dump:My mom and I went to Hannah’s track meet on Tuesday and had a blast. Hannah ran the 100m hurdles, the mile (her time was 7:07… amazing!), the 800m, and the 4x400m relay. She’s a beast. Go Hannah.

Jimmy and I took Lola to a local park. I had never been to this park and it’s only 15 minutes from my house… I need to get out more haha.

Spring flowers make me happy 🙂 Pittsburgh has been having some really great weather lately (according to me because I love hot weather) with high’s in the mid 80’s!

Bible verse of the day:Luke 16:13

Have a great day <333

  1. Good luck on Spanish! I’ve heard it’s really good to switch up where you study – if you study in the same place all the time, some psychologists say that your memories become associated with that place, and you can only recall what you learned when you are there.

  2. Congrats to Hannah at her meet! Her mile time was excellent- I coach 1500, sure wish I was coaching her :). And that’s a nice track too, much better than ours. Good luck with your finals too! Those are never fun times, but at least you know you’re nearing the end of the semester!

  3. ahhh studying. how fun….NOT! 😛
I feel your pain but I just finished with MIDTERMS…I still have to battle with finals in another month!! Joy ><

but I like studying in different places to. it at least gives your brain a new enviroment to enjoy even if the material u are studying is consistently the same! 😛

  4. hope your finals go well! i always studied best at the library, without distractions. toward the end of school, i studied on my living room floor with billions of papers spread out everywhere! 😉
