We’re so excited to announce that our son, Mordecai James, arrived on Sunday November 13th!
We chose the name Mordecai from the book of Esther in the Bible. We love his story and character and hope to raise our son to be strong like he was!
He arrived safely and we are doing great! It feels like we just welcomed his big sister, and now God has given us another sweet child to love. We are over the moon to have Mordecai in our arms and can’t believe we’re now a family of four.
Sadie adores her brother and we are all settling into this huge and joyful life change! I forgot just how amazing newborn snuggles feel! I also forgot (maybe on purpose, lol?) about the lack of sleep. If my posts in the coming months are sporadic and full of typos, you’ll know why 😉
I’ll be back soon with more pictures and info. In the meantime, thank you to everyone who has followed along our pregnancy journey and has encouraged and loved us. It means the world to us!
