I have a new niece! Isn’t she a little cutie pie? Her name is Raven ❤️ Everything went will with the delivery and mom and baby are doing well! I’m so happy she finally decided to make her appearance and I cannot wait to meet her.
I feel like I have a million new things to share today! My friend Grace and I decided to do a US/UK snack exchange and it was epic! She sent me a box full of treats that can’t be found in the US and it was everything I ever dreamed of 😍
Jimmy and Sadie got in on the action, too, and we all picked our favorites. Jaffa cakes are my new addiction and Jimmy and Sadie were huge fans of pig fruit snacks that Grace sent. The UK knows good tea, bourbon creams taste like E.L. Fudge cookies cookies except with a chocolate cookie, and the pom bear snacks reminded us of veggie straws. So cool!
Speaking of new, I filmed a new vlog. It includes us unboxing and trying the snacks from Grace, finding out Sadie has a weird infection, grocery shopping, the new Bible study I’m working through and about a million other things.
The Bible study I started is called More Than Anything by Daily Grace Co. and it’s on the topic of idolatry. I’m currently on day three of the study and already really enjoying it and find it very convicting.
I also thought it was affordable, especially for the quality, and for once didn’t buy something off of Amazon. It felt good to support a small business 😊
On the topic of small businesses, I’ve been having a blast with my Etsy shop. It’s just so much fun to be creative in this way. I love it! Packing up orders and thinking of someone trying out the granola makes me so happy 🥰

Love this post, Al! And I loved watching your vlog! You and Sadie are quite the entertainers 😉 Something new for me – letting go of the same old schedule and regiment. I am still in the process of breaking out of it, but taking a trip this weekend truly helped me to see the happiness in sporadic situations!

I really don’t have too much new going on, except learning a new rental tracking system for our business, and it has been very time consuming. I’m so glad you let me try some of your snacks from the UK- the little gummy pigs were AMAZING 😍
