Living the Cousin Life

Man, Sadie has been loving all the time she has with her cousins lately! She plays with her cousin, Hunter, at church and during the moms group I co-lead on Thursdays. Remember when she first met him in December, and I shared a picture of them in February? Look how grown up they are!

As I mentioned before, Sadie recently met her cousin Remi (my brother’s daughter). Less than a week later, my sister gave birth to her daughter, Caroline! Needless to say, our family is on cloud nine right now with all of these sweet baby girls!

I can’t really put into words what it’s like seeing my siblings become parents and having my daughter meet her cousins. Being an aunt is pretty amazing, too. There is so much joy and rejoicing going on within our family. God has been so good to us.

How about some pictures?!

  1. It is such an exciting time for our family. We are truly blessed beyond words. Love you beautiful mama.

  2. Love love love love love! As soon as I heard that she was going to have cousins so close in age I have been so thrilled for her! I have lots of cousins and I love them all, but I was super lucky to grow up with a couple of cousins close in age to me (one just 6 months younger) and they were some of my best little play buddies. The fact that she has cousins close in age PLUS they live nearby… that’s amazing. Built in besties. ❤

  3. this is so so sweet, Allie. How amazing the timing of you all having babies at the same time too! They are alllll precious- making my heart swell! It’ll be so fun to watch them all grow up together ! Thanks for sharing 🙂

    1. God really had His hand in the timing of all these sweet babies! My brother and sister are ten years apart in age and had babies less than a week apart! Crazy!
