Life lately around here has looked like lots of sugar, schoolwork, and sorting! Sticky little hands helping me in the kitchen, homeschool lessons on the floor, and lots of decluttering and organizing have made up my days lately and I’m loving every moment of it.

I love a good, simple recipe that can be reheated and enjoyed by the whole family. For us, this lasagna is that type of recipe!
It takes about an hour of time (to put it together and bake it) and fills an 8×8 pan! Our family loves to have a batch of lasagna in the fridge to enjoy all week! (more…)
