2 inch thick pork loin stuffed with fresh bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, and thyme.
Some veggies on the side too 😉
(Ignore my no make up at all face, LOL)
Has anybody seen a slab of pork bigger than these?! (Besides the Neely’s from Food Network…)
Yesterday Jimmy’s Dad and I created a scrumptious dinner! He picked out the recipe and provided the meat + peeled the potatoes and carrots. I created the bread crumb stuffing, cut the veggies, stuffed the pork, whipped up some gravy, and created a salad.
We made pork. And it was good.
What is your take on pork? I know a lot of people don’t eat it because of its sodium or fat content. I don’t typically like the specific taste of pork, but with gravy, ketchup, or mustard, it’s allll goood 😉
Bible Verse of the day:
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. James 1:5
I also promised pictures of the snow storm from Thursday night onto Friday morning. I had an enjoyable time driving to school :
I put my 4 wheel drive in and still slid all over, way to get the adrenaline rushing early in the morning! Woo!
My farmers almanac predicted the storm
The Farmers Almanac is almost always right
Yes.. I am 18 years old and I read the Old Farmers Almanac
Do you own a copy?!
🙂
Have a great day!
That is definitely a lot of pork! Will you be serving leftovers in front of the football game today??
More than likely!!
Wow! That is a lot. I don’t eat pork just because I don’t like it at all.
I love that you read the farmer’s almanac. You are such a awesome chick!
Awwww 🙂 Thank you! You are awesome for emailing my sister for a potholder… you seriously like made her year haha !
That pork looks delicious!! What a beautiful verse ❤
We have been having alot of those “get your adrenaline rushing bright and early” mornings too in NH! Way to many snow storms! I’m not a pork person, I never liked it growing up and just haven’t tried it since! Probably should get to that to determine ofically if I “like” or “don’t like” it!
oh jeez, New Hampshire?! It must be FREEZING! I better stop complaining haha.
The pork looks really, really good!
That is a great verse you posted!!! I love the book of James. It also reminds me of Proverbs 1:7.
Also, Peter dreamed that all things were OK to eat- so pork is on my list 😉
Hope your running is going well.
I am not sure you recognize me, but i moved my blog. I used to be ERG.

It did look scrumptious! I’ll have to ask Fred how it tasted 🙂
i want to read the farmers almanac! So fun. We eat pork tenderloin from time to time. I actually enjoy it, and its quite lean. Those look great!
Please tell me you giggle at the Neely’s over the top sexual innuendos…please. Or else I will feel like a pervert. I don’t know anyone else who watches and I keep wondering why SNL doesn’t do a parody.
Hahaha. Someone I work with just called me today and started reading the Farmer’s Almanac predictions. We were blown away by it, and said we should all start using that instead of AccuWeather for our travel arrangements. :-p Go on with good traditions.
