I got to make some gender reveal cupcakes for a friend recently and it was so special!

This was the second time I’ve been able to do gender reveal-themed baking and it’s so much fun to be in on the secret!

The gender reveal party was cow-themed, so I decided to make marbled cupcakes to look like a cow print pattern.

The flavors were vanilla and chocolate (to be black and white like a cow). I also added in some chocolate chips for good measure. Can’t go wrong with chocolate chips, right?!

The person putting on the party told me that she wanted the frosting to be the coordinating gender color because the cupcakes were being served after the couple found out the gender.

The frosting was vanilla buttercream dyed blue for a sweet baby boy! The couple is actually having their third boy!!

So I piped on blue frosting and topped the cupcakes with these cute cow toppers. And that’s a wrap! I can’t wait to meet their son in May 💙
