Happy Friday! Here are some snapshots of my life lately.
I was in charge of the newspaper booth at PSU’s back to school bash on Wednesday. The back to school bash is always fun because a free lunch is provided, students get to sign up for clubs (like newspaper club–woo!), and play games. And hang out with the school mascot…
Jimmy and I are reading the book of Proverbs together. There’s much wisdom in Proverbs!
I am clearly really, really good at drawing huskies and pumpkins. I’m pretty sure the husky has a stink eye goin’ on.
Brandy got walked twice in one day. She slept so hard!
Jimmy and I went to the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival for the third year in a row. It never gets old! I posted about it in 2011 and 2012.
Coffee never gets old, either. Ever.
Well, I’m off to start my Friday. I have some interviews to conduct for an article I’m currently working on. Yay for journalism!
I also wrote my first editorial of the semester the other day. It’s about Miley Cyrus’ VMA performance. You can check it out here, on PSU’s student newspaper website.

It looks like you had fun at school at the back to school bash- I miss things like that in college where you got free food and sign up for stuff and meet people. Sometimes I really just miss college though (but I don’t miss being broke). I love your pumpkin drawings, that is so cute for the Fall!
