I was driving the kids the other morning and glanced in my rearview mirror. Sadie was putting her hand over Mordecai’s face. He had been crying on and off as we drove.

“What are you doing sweetie?” I asked Sadie.

“I’m using my hand to block the sun from his eyes!” she replied.

Once we got to a red light, I turned around and saw that she really was using her hand to shield his eyes from the sun. How sweet is that? By that point, he was all smiles. I love their relationship!
