I’ve been baking a ton lately and loving every second of it! It’s one of my passions in life and a great way to express creativity. Plus the finished product is edible. Can’t get much better than that!

We enjoyed our second and final day of Jimmy’s staycation! I’ll tell ya what, I think I like staycations just as much as “real” vacations where you travel somewhere.
Friday found us once again busy with a mixture of work and play. First up, we headed to Trax Farms to look at the pumpkins and pick up locally grown apples for pie. Jimmy and I also grabbed coffee because coffee is always a good idea 😉
