Happy New Year! How did you start out the first day of the year? We started out with a touch of snow, which was an exciting surprise since it is winter! I’m in the mindset of if it’s winter, it might as well snow 🤷♀️
I was at the grocery store first thing and it was gloriously empty. We were in desperate need of Jimmy and Sadie’s favorite drink: orange juice. I did that thing where I *almost* bought everything I needed except orange juice 😂
As usual, I’m coming at ya with a really random blog post title! How are you doing? It’s currently Friday evening as I type up this post and it has been a rainy day here in Pittsburgh. I think I need to light a candle!
We’ve been having fun in the Zottola kitchen lately. I made challah dough one morning and decided to make it into pretzel knots! I just divided the dough into eight balls, rolled each ball into a rope, and tied them in a knot. (more…)
