Just like that, a year with our sweet little guy has gone by in the blink of an eye. His birthday fell on a Monday this year, so we balanced having a normal day with doing special things to celebrate our little guy.

It was the perfect day! Minus one little part… but we’ll get to that at the end of this post, lol.

We started the day with our usual routine of Sadie going into Mordecai’s room when he woke up. Those two love that play time each day and I love watching it from the baby monitor so I don’t interrupt their bonding! (more…)
