In my zone

Sometimes I get in the zone. I would consider my zone to be any time where I forget everything on my mind and just do something I love.

What is something I love? Baking!

I even got out my pastry bag!

I made strawberry cupcakes with strawberry frosting. They weren’t perfect because I did them about an hour before I left for school but that hour of piping icing from a pastry bag and messing around with cupcakes was pure bliss. I’m so weird.

Decorating cupcakes is fun stuff!

Before I go, here’s a photo of Hannah and I. We were out and about on Tuesday night and a lady in a store we were in couldn’t believe we were six years apart.Β Good times πŸ˜‰

Have a great weekend!

When do you get in the zone?!

  1. I struggle to get “in the zone” and let go completely, which is why I do meditation! It’s taught me that I am capable of freeing my mind, ironically by being more mindful of each task I’m doing. It’s creeping its way into my life outside of my practice more and more so I can tell it’s working!

  2. Those cupcakes look delish :). I’ve never actually frosted cupcakes with piped icing like that, I’m gonna have to try it sometimes (I usually go for muffins, breads, brownies, cookies, etc).

  3. You guys do look like the same age! But then I’m 24 and I look 15 so when I hang out with my teens people think I’m the same age as them, haha!

  4. I love your love for baking :)) AND your good at it! Win win my friend! You and Hannah are so pretty!
PS can I get a shipment of those cupcakes for post death race??? πŸ˜‰
