Jimmy and I have been married for three years now. The past three years have been so incredibly blessed, fun, and joyful.
We’ve traveled, adopted a cat, had countless get-togethers, served in our church, worked on house projects, put up with Lola’s antics, taken pictures, planted gardens, spent time with friends, celebrated with our families, taken walks, caught Pokemon, napped, baked, laughed, visited new babies in the hospital, filmed vlogs, danced, played video games, cooked, and so many other things.
We’ve been through sickness, health problems, and disappointments. We’ve attended funerals and cried together. We’ve had hard days, busy days, grumpy days, and days when we hardly saw each other.
We talk about the future, and wonder what it will be like. We talk about the past and reminisce. Through it all, the one constant has been God. Each day, we pray together, and we thank God for the ways in which he has blessed us. We aim to keep Him first in our lives, always. My prayer for our marriage is that we will continue to serve God together and put Him first in all that we do.
