Dakota is getting more interactive with her big siblings every day. The way she looks at Mordecai is so sweet. I hope she always has all the love and smiles for him!
We celebrated my nephew, Titus, turning three over the weekend! It’s wild to think my sister’s little four pound IUGR baby is now three-years-old and thriving. God is good 🤍
Titus’ party was such a nice evening! We headed to my sister’s house across Pittsburgh and spent time celebrating Titus with alllll the grandkids and family!

Titus’ party was John Deere-themed and the kids enjoyed riding the little John Deere tractor! I feel like before we know it, Titus and Mordecai will be jetting off in a real car together 🥹
A bounce house, tacos, cupcakes, and family time. Doesn’t get much better than that!
Dakota got all messed up on her sleep and stayed up late, so she joined me and Sadie for our nightly reading time in bed. It was fun to snuggle up with my girls and read this Berenstain Bears book.
In other news, I got this idea idea to use my mini waffle maker to make a waffle breakfast sandwich! Two mini waffles were the “bread” of the sandwich and inside went bacon, a fried egg, and cheese. That was fun!
And I snapped a picture with my littles at church. We were just missing Sadie but she was inside playing with her cousins 😂
Other notes and thoughts:
- Are you into Christian music? Sadie absolutely loves Forrest Frank’s songs. We spend a lot of time in the car and listen to his music over and over. Love it!
- I just finished reading The Love Haters and it was cute. It started a little slow for me but ended well! I always enjoy books written by Katherine Center.
- I’ve been trying to introduce allergens to Dakota as we slowly give her baby food. I was nervous to give her peanut butter (I’d cry if she was allergic to my favorite food!), but she did great and loved it. I think I’ll give her eggs next!
Living My Full Life 
Dakota doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to her siblings that’s for sure! She adores them, and they love and attend to her so much that it makes me tear up thinking about it. They’re a great example to her, and their kindness and caring nature will certainly rub off onto her.

as far as favorite song- you knowwww I have SO MANY… I love most all country music, so that is where my radio dial is always set. Sadie’s love for all kinds of music is so sweet- and my dream come true 😎

Right! They are SO SWEET with her. Just the other day Decky said “I need to get Dakota a blanket!” and he ran into the closet and got out her “Dakota” beach towel you got her! How sweet is that?!
