Weekly training plan

First: some eats

Now onto training and runs

This is the weekly email from my coach of our training plan:

Like I have said before: I don’t follow this plan 100% (I ❤ rest days) and I don’t run every day.

Yesterday I ran for the first time in 6 days after hurting my heel from walking in flip flops for a full day. Here are the stats from Daily Mile.

I’m happy with that run and i’m happy God has blessed me with legs to run, air to breathe, and His love 🙂

What are you happy that God has blessed you with?

  1. Woohoo for being able to run! God is sooo good! 🙂 I’m happy God has blessed me with a wonderful family, a great college and a great apartment so I won’t have any extra stress this semester 🙂 PS–Scooby snacks are the BEST!!!

  2. I’m glad you’re able to run! Don’t blame you for not pushing it with the training plan, better to go to college and be slightly slower than to be injured and not able to run at all. Plus, you have lots of time to improve before season actually starts.

    Love some blueberry chobani :).

  3. I am happy that God has blessed me with a loving and kind family and boyfriend – and has given me the opportunity to change the lives of all the students I teach.

I am so happy that you are feeling good enough to run! Soon enough you will be off to college!!!

  4. I remember scooby snacks!! I totally forgot about those. They were so addicting. i didn’t even know they still sold them.. I’ll be on the lookout now!

  5. I want those graham crackers 😀 And I’m thankful for my ability to be physically activity, my love of good books, and my appreciation of simple pleasures I can enjoy by myself.

  6. You go girl!! SO happy for you that you were able to run ❤ Enjoy training! Hopefully the weather cools off for you..eek! I go outside to get in my car and I start to sweat, ahahah!

  7. The same thing! I may not be as fast as I would like, but I am soooo thankful I can run and while I run I can see his beauty all around. I’m also blessed with the abundance of food that many families that are hungry would love. I don’t ever want to forget the big blessings or the little blessings. 🙂
