Happy Friday! Yippie, it’s the weekend!!

I am happy to report that the trip to the Pittsburgh zoo was fantastic! I went for a 45 minute swim before we left (instead of running) because my heel is still bugging me. Not cool.

Want to see pictures? Okay!

We took a ton of pictures but I don’t want to over load ya! I would have to say that the elephants were definitely my favorite exhibit… they were playing in the water and running around!

After we came home we were all pretty much DEAD! We made an easy dinner….

Breakfast for dinner! (Also included: strawberry pancakes [I had 2 hehe], meat for the meat eaters & veggies to mix with the eggs)

Have a GREAT weekend!

Do you eat breakfast for dinner? What is your favorite part? (Mine = pancakes + pb + syrup!)

  1. Happy Friday to you Allie! Sounds like you had a great day at the Zoo. 🙂 My kids would have loved to tag along with you. Hehee. I’ve never tried breakfast for dinner, but always fascinated with the idea because I LOVE breakfast so much.

  2. Yay for elephants and family fun!! 😀 Oh my word breakfast for dinner is the best, I always feel like such a rebel when I’m noshin on cereal and eggs at night haha

  3. I love, love, love breakfast for dinner! That actually looks a lot like one of our dinners last week, hubby made pancakes and eggs, but we had blueberries in our pancakes instead of strawberries :). Looks like you guys had an awesome time at the zoo!

  4. I looove breakfast for dinner–gotta go with pancakes, too 😀 Or any excuse for maple syrup…

Those zoo admissions tickets are awesome–kudos to PIttsburgh’s graphic designers. Glad you had a great time! But really, is it even possible to have a bad time at a zoo??

  5. Looks like a great trip from all the pics – I love visiting Zoo’s, so nice to be able to see all the animals!!

Breakfast for dinner is the way to go my girl, pancakes a yup – pb topping please!

  6. I love going to the zoo! 😀 And yes, I sometimes eat breakfast for dinner, but my breakfast food is a little unusual (I eat Paleo-style and like to have grilled chicken and a chopped piece of fruit with cinnamon and black pepper – fresh herbs are welcome guests, too), and I sometimes have that for dinner as well.
