Mmm, cucumbers are good! I like a simple green salad with lettuce, grated carrot, sliced tomato, and sliced cucumber all arranged nicely in a bowl.

Cucumbers are your favorite part of a salad? They are soooo not mine! Haha. I use to love them but now, not so much. I don’t know why.
