Recommended Tools, Equipment, and Ingredients
- Parchment paper for easy cleanup. I love these pre-cut sheets.
- Apple chips: I used the Bare brand in the cinnamon flavor. Seneca is also a great brand that has different flavors, too.
- Maple extract for that yummy, fall-ish maple flavor!
- Airtight storage jar to keep granola fresh, though I hope you love it so much that it doesn’t last long on the counter. This three pack of storage jars is perfect for keeping one for yourself and two for gifting to friends and family!
Variations to Try
- Swap in your favorite nut instead of the pecans.
- Use honey instead of maple syrup if you’d prefer.
- Try raisins or dried cherries in place of the dried cranberries.
