Jimmy and I were blessed to be able to go on vacation to the Outer Banks this year. We had such a lovely time exploring and relaxing together last week!
During the first half of the week we relaxed on the beach, went to Son Rise Church of Christ, visited the Bodie Island Lighthouse, played mini golf, and walked on Jeanette’s Pier!

The Outer Banks look idyllic. I love that photo of the bird (is it an oystercatcher? It looks like one…) on the shoreline. And the one of you in the pink scarf at the beach is really pretty. 🙂
Idyllic is the perfect was to describe the Outer Banks! I think the bird is a seagull?! Is that what you would call it where you live?!

Yes, we have seagulls. They’re very common on the coast! I thought the bird in the photo was something a bit more special..haha!
