Hey there! I’m typing up this post on Friday morning but as you are reading it on Saturday I will be running (or finished with) a 10 mile race! Exciting and nerve wracking all at the same time.

I decided to share some of my recent eats.

Chocolate Chunk Luna Bar

I’m a big fan of Luna Bars and I liked Chocolate Chunk but for now I think my favorite is Smores or Chocolate Dipped Coconut.

Chili + corn bread. Also unpictured: broccoli and grape juice.

Salad with: red peppers, mixed greens, cukes, tomatoes, roasted muchrooms, carrots, peas, and roasted onions with Newman’s Own dressing and shrimp.

Fresh shrimp (my mom had fun peeling & de-veining them.. thanks mom!) steamed in water + cider vinegar + OLD BAY SPICE<3

Iced pumpkin spice coffee.

    1. Thank you for the good luck wishes!! I made the iced coffee with my Keurig. I just make regular coffee and put it in a tumbler in the fridge for a few hours and then add ice + coffee syrup + creamer!
