HiiiiiiiiTime to share some delicious food I’ve been eating lately:Hard boiled eggs. I like fried eggs better, especially when the yolk is runny!

Split pea soup and salad with lettuce, tomato, red onion, craisins, and sunflower seeds.

Oatmeal and coffee before a morning swim.

Collard Greens. I microwaved them with some olive oil to make them chip-like and added salt, garlic powder, and pepper.

Iced coffee. In February. It’s good.

Chocolate soy milk! This is super creamy and chocolately, I love it!

Homemade peanut butter. The one on the left is honey flavored and the one on the right is cinnamon flavored.

Starbucks! Bible study time with Jimmy ❤ he got a grande white chocolate mocha and I got a tall soy peppermint mocha.

An English muffin with peanut butter, jelly, and banana.

Sunday dinner. We roasted a turkey. It felt like Thanksgiving except I should have made pumpkin pie. Dang.

Sunday dinner leftovers. Turkey sandwich + potatoes.

Peanut butter and jelly. Favorite.

Dinner from Market District. I pretty much tried everything from the hot foods and salad bars.

What was the best thing you ate this weekend?!
