Hey hey. I just wanted to say that I’m having a hard time keeping up with blogs right now. I feel guilty because I don’t want anyone to think that I’ve been ignoring their blog.
I love reading and commenting on blogs but I have found that my life is pretty busy at the moment with school, friends, family, running, and hopefully a job in the near future. If I haven’t been commenting on your blog, don’t fret because I’m still reading and creeping on your life 😉

This past weekend was quite fun. Hannah and I got our eyebrows waxed. I think it feels good and she hates it with a passion. Also, the lady that waxed my brows asked which local high school I went to and thought Hannah was older than me. I’m six years older than her. Fail.
Like our eyebrows?!
I spent Saturday evening at a Mexican restaurant and then a car show in downtown Pittsburgh. Ten people ended up going to the restaurant and car show…. I was the only girl among a bunch of boys. Crazy and fun.
Jimmy and I got in trouble for being above the whole car show and taking this picture. Jimmy’s brother and friend thought it would be fun to go to the upper level of the convention center and hang out even though a few signs said not to. We spent about 10 minutes upstairs and then got ushered back down. Ooops 😉
Other pictures from the car show:
My dream truck. A watermelon truck!
Some of the boys… acting awkward.
An Orange Crush car… pretty sweet.
Jimmy and his brother fighting?
At the end of the car show, some famous BMX biker’s were doing a stunt show so we watched and this one guy got broke. Like I think he fractured his hip…it was crazy.
On a side note, I have been reading this book:
The Long Run is about a NYC firefighter who was run over by a bus and made a comeback as an elite athlete. So far, I’m loving it. Such a page turner! I will do a proper review when I finish the book.

What did you do this weekend? Are you reading any good books?
you are out living life!! don’t ever feel bad for not commenting. WE love seeing and hearing that!
Don’t worry about not keeping up! We all feel like that sometimes. It just means you have a real life outside blogging, which is GOOD. 🙂
Love that watermelon truck.
Seriously don’t worry! I read wayyy more blogs than I actually comment on. I just try to pop in when I feel there’s something important to share.
Don’t even think that girl, we all have our time when were so busy with life! I’m glad to see your enjoying yourself and spending time doing some awesome stuff with important people in your life 🙂
Don’t worry about not commenting, just keep on enjoying life outside the blogosphere! 🙂
And I gotta say, I love that watermelon truck so much haha
I understand about being too busy. I’ve felt that way a bit as well. Your weekend looks like so much fun though. That orange crush car is sweeet.
Don’t feel guilty at all! Life is much more important than blogs!
Ooo we have been to a car show before and it is a lot of fun! Love the watermelon one!
Good for you for getting out there and getting your LIFE on! I’ve been slacking on comments too… busy busy bee over here. I love the car show! Someday (in the very distant future, when I have ridiculous amounts of money, lol), I want a custom purple paint job… though I’ll probably put it on a reasonable car, like a Toyota Camry or something, ha! 😉
I am currently reading Born to Run whenever I have any spare time! So good so far! And you rebel!! haha looks like a good time! 🙂
You get major cool chick points for the car show.

PS- NO SUCH THING as “blogligation” girl.
Dont worry about commenting Allie…you have a life to live so live it up girl! 🙂
You LIKE the feeling of eyebrow waxing?! Oh girl, I wish I was the same, haha! I am so not a fan. So much so that even though I really like the way they look when waxed, I typically just pluck at home instead. And even worse… threading. It hurts SO bad! But then they look so good. Hence my problem, haha!
That book sounds really interesting! I’m looking forward to the full review. Especially since I am NOT reading anything good right now–just finished reading a really bad book and am in the process of finishing listening to another bad (audio) book. Ah, well.
And hey, life takes precedent over Internet, we all know that, so take the personal time you need 🙂
Don’t feel guilty! Life is a lot more fun when you are away from your computer! Glad you are busy and having fun!
That car show looks awesome! I love going to things like that.
Can’t wait to hear more about that book – what a cool story!
A watermelon truck?? Where can I buy one? (And, girl, I’m right there with you! I’m finally reading blogs again today after not doing so for a long time). Life gets busy!! Besides, it’s better to get there and live life anyway, right? 🙂
