Snow is really falling here in Pittsburgh, I think my house had about 3 inches piled up over night! My puppy likes walking in the snow. I like bundling up excessively while walking her 😉

Lately I have been in baking mode. When I have tests or homework to do I always bake while doing homework, I don’t know why but it helps me relax and focus!

Rice crispy treats
Yay! Today I am baking granola 🙂 It is actually in the oven as I type and I cannot wait to try it.
For breakfast I have been switching some things up. Rice cake with peanut butter and banana:
Now I want to try this with different varations such as apple butter and pear!
Other suggestions?
I had another one (not pictured because I devoured it!) that was nutella on a rice cake w/ bananas and it was scrumptious as well 🙂

I love rice krispie treats~And they are so good made with cocoa krispies too!
i’ve never really been in to rice cakes but I LOVE PB and banana combo or PB and nutella or all three! haha OR PB and cinnamon is divine!
I love rice krispie treats. Aram always begs me to make them.

i did so much baking in college-it seriously is relaxing.
I don’t know what happened to fall. It’s like it went from summer to snow.
I’ve been loving apricot butter lately or dried apricots dipped straight in the peanut butter jar.

I would fondly suggest some whipped cottage cheese (trust me –whipped) or cream cheese with sweetener and cinnamon topped with warm fruit —
Or do it savory style. Eggs on rice cake = BOOM!
