This is the weekly email from my coach of our training plan:

Like I have said before: I don’t follow this plan 100% (I ❤ rest days) and I don’t run every day.

Yesterday I ran for the first time in 6 days after hurting my heel from walking in flip flops for a full day. Here are the stats from Daily Mile.

I’m happy with that run and i’m happy God has blessed me with legs to run, air to breathe, and His love 🙂

What I’ve been up to

Thanks for the kind words/advice on my knee injury-it is starting to feel a little bit better already!

I have been a busy girl lately. Eating yummy food… with family!

Hannah’s lunch of mac & cheese + fried chicken + blueberries w/ whipped cream

I have also been packing for the cruise..

and practicing my photography skills on my mom

I have been playing in my pool because the weather is amazing and i’m so blessed to have a pool in my backyard!
