Lately I’ve realized how much the small, everyday things shape my days. The coffee beans we brew every morning, the blanket I love to snuggle under, and the journal I’ve been using for years. Visiting Manteo and Duck, NC
More Outer Banks fun! My dad and Sadie started the day right by hitting up Duck Donuts and grabbing a dozen donuts for everyone. Sadie was very excited that she was able to see how the donuts were made.
On Wednesday, we drove about 25 minutes to the town of Manteo. The downtown area is like a quaint village set on the water with a beautiful marina, local shops, and a few restaurants. It’s just so cute! (more…)
