Three years with our sweet Mordecai James! He is always ready to snuggle, drink hot cocoa, and relax in our hot tub. He loves to work outside with Jimmy, ask questions about everything, and play with anyone’s hair.

Mordecai is a great big brother to Dakota and loves to play with both of his sisters. He is sensitive, kind, and loving. Here’s how he’s growing and thriving at three-years-old!

Growth 29 pounds (21st %) and 3 feet tall (17th %)

Wearing 3T shirts, 2T pants, and size 9 shoes.

Personality Sweet, sensitive, and happy.

Eating Mordecai will try anything! His favorite foods are salmon, sausage, waffles, sweet potatoes, grapes, scrambled eggs, chicken nuggets, Dunkin’ munchkins, apples, smoothies, and his favorite drink is hot cocoa.

Nicknames Decky and Deck.

Sleeping He continues to be our best sleeper! He still loves his crib and goes to bed around 8:00 pm. He wakes up at 7:00 am and takes a nap around 2:00 pm – 3:30/4:00 pm. I know his napping days will probably come to an end but we’re keeping them as long as possible!

Looks Like His mama 😊 He has fair skin, blonde hair, and blue eyes.

Likes Asking questions, being with his people (our immediate and extended family), going to church, garbage trucks, doing school, painting, sucking his thumb, hanging out in our hot tub, playing with Hot Wheels cars and tracks, putting together magnetic tiles, watching Spidey and His Amazing Friends, working with Jimmy, baking with me, and being read to.

Dislikes Having to sit at the table to finish his meals—he wants to run around and play instead of eat. He also gets frustrated when his baby sister knocks over his magnetic tile towers.

Favorite Products Magnetic tiles, Hot Wheels, Garbage Truck book, and salt lamp.

Notes Mordecai is almost fully potty trained—woo hoo! He is working on learning his letters and can count to the teens.
