How in the world is Mordecai ten months?! He was just a newborn, right? Like last week? He’s growing into such a sweet little guy. Here’s what he’s like at ten months.

Growth 17 lbs 12 oz and 28.5 inches.

Wearing 12 and 18 month clothes and size four diapers.

Eating Anything and everything! He can down two tubs of baby food in one sitting, will eat “regular” food if it’s cut up small, likes baby snacks, and also nurses several times a day.

Personality Shy, sweet, and happy!

Nicknames Decky and Deck. The other day I said “Mordecai” and he didn’t turn his head. Then I said “Decky” and he turned. He literally knows his nickname as his name 😂

Sleeping We sleep trained Mordecai! There was about a week of some crying in the night but he got over it and mostly sleeps from 7 pm to 5 am. He does 1-2 naps a day ranging from 1-2 hours. Sometimes he still wakes up in the night, but we try not to go in an get him unless he’s really upset.

Looks Like His mom! He has four teeth now. Two on the bottom and two on top (one of which is a canine and we call it his “vampire tooth”–it’s so cute!). His hair is light blonde and his eyes are blue.

New Skills He is crawling pretty fast now (towards Niva’s food and the vacuum especially!), trying to pull up on things, and can clap and wave.

Likes Being held, sucking his thumb, Sadie, being outside, eating, bath time, being in our hot tub, and any toy with wheels.

Dislikes Diaper changes, me walking away from him, and a fish toy that Sadie has… I think the texture of it freaks him out and he cries every time he sees it.

Favorite Products Memory book, folding highchair, bibs, pull-back tractor, snack sticks, pool float, music toy, sippy cup, lift-a-flap book, and diapers.
