Labor(less) Day gave me time to challenge myself. I decided to try to make a GOOD tasting VEGAN apple pie. The bottom crust is an oil crust and the top crust is a strusel 🙂 I enjoyed it and I can post the recipe on my recipe page if anyone wants it..
In other news:
