Most relaxing place?

Where is the most relaxing place you can think of?

Some beach, your bed, or in your guy’s arms?(<—-CHEESY!)

I think one of the most relaxing places, for me is the library.

Last week I had some homework to do so I set up camp in the kids section of my local library (which was relatively quiet). I managed to get a good bit of work done in a different and free atmosphere. If only the library provided free coffee…. (I’m sure Hollie and Becca have had thoughts like that in random places!)

Another relaxing place for me?

THE KITCHEN!

I just love sitting at the kitchen table reading my Bible, sipping on coffee  or catching up with a family member.

I feel so at home when I am cooking in my kitchen and it relaxes me :]

Except when certain people (cough, Jim, cough) take pictures of me in my frog pj’s !

One more place I feel relaxed:

Any book store, especially if I have a coffee in my hand..!

I also feel extremely at peace when I am in God’s house, the church. I love being with other Christians and learning about God. Bible verse of the day: Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. Luke 9:23

*On Wednesday I am visiting a school that I mentioned last month. I will let everyone know how this goes! I do love my college right now, but I know there may be opportunities for me in other places. I know God will guide me in the right direction, so I’m not too worried about it ;)*

Recent Obsessions

Have you ever had/experienced something really awesome and then become obsessed with it?

I have. I do all the time. I just get so excited about some food, place, person, book, tv show, etc. and I just go on and on about it until I make myself sick of it! (Like sometimes I eat too much curry and I feel ill, HAHA.)

Recent obsessions:

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Blend 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tsp honey, a pinch of cinnamon, and ice.

I am obsessed with adding this in my smoothies:


Next obsession: Jim and his little brother (who is WAY taller than the both of us.. like combined!)

I’m obsessed with this Bible verse:

He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20

Ummmm yeah, nothing is impossible with God. Just sayin’
