Ingredients
6 large bell peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups white rice, cooked
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut the tops off of the bell peppers, remove any seeds, and place them on the baking sheet. Cut small pieces from the tops of the peppers and set aside.
3. Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook the beef, onion, and peppers with all of the spices until the beef is fully cooked and the peppers and onions are slightly soft.
4. Add the rice and tomato sauce into the beef mixture and stir to combine.
5. Place the bell peppers on the baking sheet and fill them with the beef mixture.
3. Top with the cheese and bake for 45 minutes.
