Eleven sweet months with Dakota Rae! She is such a joy.

Here’s what Dakota is up to this month!

Growth 16 pounds 5.5 ounces and I’m not sure about her height!

Wearing 9 month clothes and size 3 diapers.

Personality Serious, sweet, and happy.

Eating Mom’s milk and anything and everything! She has a great appetite and will often eat more than her brother and sister. She especially likes grapes and salmon.

Nicknames Kota, Koko, Koko Bean, Dak, and Kota Bear.

Sleeping Decently when she doesn’t have an ear infection, lol. She goes to bed around 7:00 pm and wakes up around 6:00 am. She takes two daytime naps for an hour or two.

Looks like Her big brother! She has blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin.

New Skills Climbing everything, standing without holding onto anything, pointing, saying “mama” and “dada” with meaning, and copying sounds.

Likes Her siblings (Mordecai is her favorite person!), Forrest Frank music, sucking her fingers, eating, playing with toys, and climbing things.

Dislikes Me walking away from her, being hungry, lying still for diaper changes, and being put into her car seat.

Favorite products Straw cups, flip and peek phone, crib sheet, pajamas, raspberry teether, diaper rash spray, memory book, stain remover spray, baby monitor, and car seat mirror.

Notes Dakota is scheduled for ear tube surgery next month, and she has follow-up appointments with her eye doctor and vascular plastic surgeon to check on her eyelid hemangioma in February and March.
