What’s happening?
Well … it turns out I’m short. Or Hannah is just growing really fast.

Anyways… I just wanted to post about what’s going on in my life lately. I feel like I haven’t done that in forever!
- Still teaching Spinning, still loving it. I’m currently teaching 3 classes a week at two different branches of local YMCA’s.
- I’m training for a 5k open water swim (in August), a run-swim-run race (also in August), and a half marathon (in September). It feels good to have some “goals” to train towards.
- My toe is doing great but I’ve actually been having some other health problems related to digestion. I’ll go into more detail when I know more, but my doctor currently has me on a gluten and lactose free diet. Sad times for this cereal lover.
- I can’t believe classes start up again next month. I actually forgot what I scheduled..
- I’ve been cooking and baking (when I feel like it, hehe) a bit and I have a great rosemary chicken recipe to share.
Pictures of what’s happening:
So yeah, other than the above mentioned things, I’m just enjoying life and feeling really blessed. 🙂

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33

Sounds like you have a lot of good stuff going on! Just curious, whats your major?!
Journalism 🙂
So many good things going on for you!
Sounds like you’re having a good summer :). Everyone is taller than me, I don’t have any siblings but I’m totally used to kids in elementary school who I coach being about my size, hehe. I’m 5’0″ and people don’t realize I’m an adult until they talk to me.
Glad spinning is going well and you have goals to train for. Really sorry to hear about the gluten and dairy issues but at least your toe is okay. Hopefully getting back into running after the toenail removal is going well too!
What an amazing summer, so happy all is going well for ya and that you’re still loving teaching spin! 🙂
Haha, I love your photo-bombing skills. And uh-oh, your sister may not be your “little” sister for long 😀
Sorry about your belly boos! I mean…that’s just the worse. I kind of think I recall this has been an issue in the past and so I hope you get things settled for good!
I hear ya… my little sister passed me in height right when I left for college. Today she is 5’11 and I’m 5’8… not really my “little” sister anymore. 😉
So many things to be grateful for! I love that you always, ALWAYS, have a positive ‘spin’ on life. Must rub off on all areanas 🙂 Have a great week, Allie!! Love that your blog keeps me going from afar!!
