Well.. I had my first day back to school. It wasn’t so bad. I was extremely NERVOUS for some reason.
I had 4 classes today… Spanish II, Fitness Theory, Creative Writing, and Media Ethics. It was a full day and I was on campus from 10:45-4:15. That probably sounds like a breeze to full time workers though ;).
I already have a bit of homework so I’m going to make this post quick! I shared on Sunday that I was finally getting to go ice skating so I wanted to show some pictures.
I made Jimmy tie my skates because I stink at trying to make them really tight.

Ice skating was the only thing I really wanted to do my whole winter break and I’m so glad I got to go! My mom and sister also went but escaped my camera. Jimmy and I skated past a random dad talking to his kid and wouldn’t you believe that the dad said “Be careful, it’s icy!”

I’m off to start some homework. Oh joy 😉

I’d rather work full time than go to class for 6 hours straight, but at least you’re on your way to getting your degree. And your classes sound super fun! Glad you got to go ice skating, looks like you really enjoyed it too!

Yayyy that looks like fun. I get kind of nervous ice skating though. One time I got kicked in the face by a guy jumping over the wall and got cut by the blade just under my eye and had to get stitches. I wish they’d had signs that said “Be careful, stupid idiots may jump over the wall.”

Hahaha, my dad used to always have to tie my skates when I was little (um, like 14…lol) because I couldn’t get it tight enough either!

Looks like ice skating was a lot of fun! I’ve taken one spill in about 5 hours on the ice this month. I have the nastiest bruise on my knee!
I always get a little nervous on the first few days of class. I think it’s about adjusting to a new routine, figuring out where to go and how to get there, wondering if you’ll like the classes and professors, etc.! Did you enjoy your classes?
Oh! I also wanted to ask you if you receive the emails I send when I respond to your comments on my blog. Your address is one of the ones I’m not sure of.
