Lola is becoming spoiled. Truly.
Ever since I have been on summer break she has been living it up. Partying all night with dog treats and playing all day on trails with me.. everyday.
When I move out in August I am going to miss Lola like none other. My heart will hurt. So I spend as much time as i can with her in our favorite place together!

I’ve never tried foam rolling. I am going to miss all of my pets soooo much when I go to college! More than my human family! I will only come back to visit my animals. My dogs and cat and horses and beloved rabbits.
AWESOME BUYS! I love my foam roller. Mine wouldn’t scan in target.. they had no record of the product anywhere… so I kind of named my own price based on other ones.. since mine was smaller, I named 11.99$ couldn’t have been more pleased. I love my roller 🙂

I love my dogs a lot but it’s hard to walk them and bring them to parks because they aren’t people friend blech.
I foam rolled last night. It’s great. It hurts, it feels good, it makes me sweat… hahah. I think I am the only person who sweats while foam rolling.
Teach me how to foam roll so that I sweat! You must be WORKIN it gurllll 😉

I have not tried foam rolling since I’m not much of a runner, but I AM obsessed with my dog. For sure, 100%, in love.
My pups were what I missed the most when I was out of state at college…I think even a little more than my parents (don’t tell them though haha) It’s so fun to go on adventures with a dog, it makes you feel like a little kid again haha 😀 Love it!!

I foam rolled this morning! I’m so guilty of not doing it as often as I should though. My knees/IT band hate me.
Aww, glad you at least get to spend lots of time with your puppy in the mean time! I’ve never used a foam roller, but they must be pretty good ’cause I seem them mentioned everywhere all of a sudden!

I am very obsessed with my dog and love taking her to trails as well too. I might also kinda break the rules and let her run off her leash if its a time when its not crowded… 🙂 she loves it.

Awww… Lola will miss you too. I’ve never tried foam rolling…but you probably know when I actually do the exercise. My only “exercise” would be chasing kids. At least for now. Sigh.
